Need we say more?

Well, yes ...

We want employers and female talent to have an equal chance at recruiting the best and working for the best.

We want to create alignment with employers and talent’s vision of work, their values, ambitions, needs and aspirations.

Women are an underrepresented group in the workforce, especially in leadership positions. We want to provide them the exposure they deserve and a platform that will facilitate their connections, hiring, retention, development and advancement.

Our goal is to find concrete solutions to tackle the talent shortage by redirecting employers to an often underexplored pool of talented and diverse professional women. These women account for a huge portion of Canada’s labor force and we want to make sure that all flexible and inclusive employers have the privilege to discover and connect with them.
